How It Works

1. BOOK AN INTRO CALL​

This helps us get to know one another and to discuss expectations before we start working together.​

2. CHOOSE A PACKAGE​

This helps us get to know one another and to discuss expectations before we start working together.​

3. FILL OUT ASSESSMENT FORMS​

This helps us get to know one another and to discuss expectations before we start working together.​

4. FIRST SESSION - DEEP DIVE​

The first session is usually 60 minutes and is an opportunity for me to get to know you. We will set personalized goals and make a plan for you to stick to throughout our journey together.​

5. WEEKLY OR BI-WEEKLY FOLLOW UP

Our follow up sessions are 30-45 minutes and are an opportunity to check in on goals and reassess what did and didn't work.​

6. MAINTENANCE

The goal is to find something you will stick to long-term and after we completed our work together. Over the months we work together, you will build habits you will be able to sustain.

A La Carte Services

Individual Session

If you have a few nutrition concerns or questions you need addressed in one session, this 60 minute session is the option for you.

Follow Up Session

This session is offered after you’ve completed the initial 60 minute session, to ask any questions and check in with your progress.

Meal Planning

Four weeks of personalized meal plans with recipes and grocery lists that takes into account your nutritional needs, goals, and preferences.
