This walnut crusted salmon recipe is perfect for the nights you want to impress. Dress up your salmon filets with a delicious lemony seasoning that adds crunch to every bite. The best part is- all it takes is one sheet pan!

  • 4 salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and spray and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the walnuts, bread crumbs, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dijon mustard, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
  • Spread a generous amount of the walnut mixture on top of each salmon filet.
  • Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes.
  • Broil for 2 minutes prior to removing from the oven.
  • Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve with your favorite sides!
